Michael Els

Michael Els is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in infrastructure and support roles. Currently serving as a UEM Solutions Architect at BMW IT Hub South Africa since July 2024, Michael has also held the position of Infrastructure Specialist at Capitec Bank since July 2021. Prior engagements include roles as Technical Specialist in Platform Operations at Content+Cloud, and various positions at EY, where responsibilities included server and storage operations, data centre management, and level 2 support leadership. Michael's career began in service desk support, progressing through technical support roles at Investec, Starlizard Integrity Services, and others, showcasing a robust track record in managing infrastructure and providing technical solutions. Michael holds a Diploma in Internet Development from CTI Education Group.
