Milka Hope

Milka Hope is an experienced Skills Development Manager at Capitec since May 2020, with a robust background in HR and learning and development. Prior roles include serving as an HR Business Partner and Skills Development Facilitator at Mercantile Bank South Africa from February 2012 to May 2020, where responsibilities encompassed delivering HR Generalist solutions, stakeholder consultation, and serving on multiple committees.
