Muhammed Goolab is a motivated Reward and Remuneration professional with extensive experience in multinational organizations across Europe and Africa. Currently serving as the Manager of Remuneration and Benefits at Capitec, they focus on developing strategic reward initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational outcomes. Previously, Muhammed held roles such as Senior Reward Specialist at Absa and Human Resources Officer at Avusa Media Ltd. They are also an Exco Member of the South African Reward Association and hold multiple degrees in Industrial Psychology, including a Global Remuneration Professional certification.
