Nikhil Ramjith

Nikhil Ramjith currently serves as the Head of Digital Channels for Capitec Business, overseeing teams in DevOps, automation testing, and support specialists since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nikhil held various positions at FNB South Africa, including Information Technology Operations Manager, managing major incident and problem management functions. Nikhil gained significant experience at Absa Group, serving as a Lead Service Manager and Major Incident Manager, where responsibilities included incident resolution, service management, and stakeholder engagement. Early career experience includes roles at RS Components and Tobacco Zone, focusing on service delivery and customer management. Nikhil holds a National Diploma in Management from the University of South Africa and has completed several professional certifications, including ITIL Foundation and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
