Palesa Qhalane

Palesa Qhalane currently serves as the Client Experience Manager for Emerging Markets and previously held the role of Business Process Engineer at Capitec since February 2018, focusing on business improvement and re-engineering. Prior to this tenure, Palesa worked as a Process Analyst, specializing in business process improvement and analysis. In early 2017, a position as a Junior Product Specialist at Micros South Africa involved responsibilities in Oracle reporting, analytics, troubleshooting, and product maintenance. An internship as an IT auditor in the Risk Advisory department at Deloitte South Africa provided further industry experience in June 2016. Palesa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from the University of the Witwatersrand, an Honours degree from the University of Cape Town, and ongoing postgraduate studies at Stellenbosch Business School in Futures Studies, with plans for a Master of Philosophy in the same field.
