Prashant Doolabh

Prashant Doolabh is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Client Engagement - Personalisation & Insights at Capitec since August 2025. Prior to this role, Prashant held various positions at Vodacom from January 2018 to July 2025, including Executive Head of Data Science for International Markets and Senior Data Scientist, focusing on customer value management within the Consumer Business Unit. Earlier experience includes working as an Electronic/Electrical Engineer in the Research and Development Department at Transnet Engineering and as an Engineer in Training at Transnet Freight Rail. Prashant's expertise spans control systems, IoT devices, cloud-based data analysis solutions, and data science. Prashant holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on Big Data from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
