Razia Cajee

Razia Cajee is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Head of Enablement for the Relationship Suite at Capitec Bank since November 2022. Prior to this role, Razia worked at Absa Group from July 2019 to October 2022 as the National Conversion Manager for Home Loans and previously held the position of Sales Head for Property Finance. Razia's experience also includes leadership roles at Barclays Africa Group Limited, where responsibilities encompassed client onboarding and service delivery within Business Banking, as well as regional management functions at Absa Financial and Standard Bank Group. Educational qualifications include a degree from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a Higher Diploma in Advanced Business Management from the University of Johannesburg.
