Siya Mtlaka

Siya Mtlaka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning Consultant at Capitec Bank since January 2018. Prior to this role, Siya worked as a Learning Facilitator at Capitec Bank from 2015 to 2017, focusing on capacity development needs. Previous experience includes a position as a Research Technician at the South African Medical Research Council, where responsibilities included data collation, client screening, and conducting interviews.
