Steele Gordon is an Architect for the Card & Merchant Management System at Capitec Bank, where they integrate merchant applications and automate processes within the PowerCard Acquirer platform. Steele began their career in the financial IT sector, providing support across multiple operating systems and networks. They developed an extensive skill set in programming, focusing on acquiring platforms, and successfully completed various card associations certifications. Previously, at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Steele specialized in building and migrating transaction switch platforms across multiple countries. Steele is certified in Information Technology Project Management and holds additional qualifications in software project management and Cobol programming.
