Tom Welch

Tom Welch is a seasoned professional in software development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Development/Team Lead and Analyst Developer at Capitec Bank since June 2014, Tom has previously held various roles, including Team Lead and Senior Developer at WAMTechnology CC from January 2002 to June 2014. Tom's expertise encompasses the development of custom applications tailored to client specifications, with notable projects including the HIV Electronic Register and the THCA management application.
