Jade Adams

Jade Adams, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Most recently, in 2023, they worked as the Deputy Director of Human Capital at Capitol Bridge. Prior to that, they held the same position at TDB Communications, Inc. from 2022 to 2023, where they developed and executed a human capital strategy aligned with business objectives. They also managed a high-performing HR team in a government contracting environment.

Before their roles in human resources, Jade worked as an Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they developed partnerships, led talent management, and promoted diversity and inclusion.

Jade's earlier experience includes roles as a Store Manager at Talbots from 2018 to 2021, a Store Manager at EXPRESS from 2017 to 2018, a Retail Store Manager at New York & Company from 2013 to 2017, and a Lingerie Brand Manager at Victoria's Secret from 2006 to 2013. They also had a brief stint as an Account Supervisor at Capital One from 2010 to 2011.

Jade Adams, PMP has a strong education background in project management and business administration. Jade attended J Sargeant Reynolds Community College from 2008 to 2011, where they studied business administration. After completing their studies at J Sargeant Reynolds, they enrolled at Spelman College, where they are currently pursuing a degree in project management. In December 2022, Jade obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Spelman College.
