Melissa Smith has over a decade of experience in the healthcare and content analysis fields. Currently serving as a Senior Content Analyst at Zelis since August 2021, Melissa has also worked as a Coding Specialist at CAPITOL BRIDGE, LLC, since May 2019. Prior to these roles, Melissa spent nearly nine years as a Nurse Reviewer at Provider Resources, Inc. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Spalding University.
