Darryl Jackson

Darryl Jackson is the Senior Field Delivery Manager at Capitol Wright Distributing. Darryl has over 20 years of experience in the industry, starting as a Sales Team Leader at Brown Distributing Company in 2001. In 2015, they became the District Sales Manager at Chaparral Distributing LLC, where they supervised a sales team of 5 Account Sales Managers, 2 relief Sales Managers, 4 full time merchandisers. Darryl is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of company standards and goals both in sales and with overall market appearance and execution. Darryl uses Encompass to develop package, sales, and distribution reports for all accounts and meets with retailers monthly to discuss sales reports specific to their business and Red Bull products. Darryl coaches, trains and develops team members during trade rides, one on one meetings and scheduled team meetings. Darryl assists in developing monthly team and individual goals including volume and pfp payout goals. Darryl evaluates the market daily by assessing and scoring overall store execution and following up with sales personnel to help ensure the store meets or exceeds company and store standards and potential. Darryl also assists in any and all aspects of company business including operations, product delivery, including selling a route when needed.
