Gavin held the position of Head of Rates Quant Development at BNP Paribas for six years and traded Interest Rate Exotics and FX Hybrids at Morgan Stanley. Their career began as an equities derivatives software developer at Citi, following an internship at IBM and graduation with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
