Jan Hammer

Jan Hammer is a seasoned partner at Index Ventures since October 2010, where involvement includes guiding founders through successful public offerings for companies like Adyen, Robinhood, Just Eat, and Wise. Recent investment activities encompass ventures such as Apron, Atlar, Harmonic, Tema, Tebi, Mistral, and Valdera. Additionally, Jan serves as a board member for Alan, focusing on digital health insurance; Capitolis, which aims to transform capital markets; and Collibra, a provider of data management software for enterprises. As of January 2024, Jan is also an investor in Tebi. Jan holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
