Nancy Henderson

Nancy Henderson is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in structured products and asset management. Currently serving as VP - Structuring at Capitolis since February 2022, Nancy previously held significant roles including Global Head of Public Sector, Structured Products, and Branch Manager of New York at FMS Wertmanagement Service GmbH from October 2013 to February 2022. At Depfa Bank from March 2004 to September 2013, Nancy led the Asset Management Americas division while co-managing the DEPFA New York branch, and played a crucial role in establishing the Capital Markets business. Earlier career highlights include a Managing Director position at HypoVereinsbank, overseeing multiple departments and teams responsible for credit bonds, asset-based finance, and financial engineering. Nancy holds a Master's degree in Business from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
