Edward Chen

Edward C. currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at CapLinked, having been promoted through the roles of Director of Information Technology and Senior Devops & Security Engineer since joining in May 2015. Prior to this, Edward worked at the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles from February 2008 to April 2015 as a Senior System Administrator, providing Tier III support to over 450 end-users and ensuring network system security. Edward C. holds a Master's Degree in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
