CAPLINX® is our open-architecture financial advisory platform that sources best-in-class specialty commercial loan and liquidity solutions for entrepreneurs, founders and family offices. The platform has 25 programs that accommodate a variety of asset classes including aviation, marine, artwork, collectibles, private equity, private companies, and private shares.

After spending 20 years as a senior executive at institutions including Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Bank of America and Deutsche Bank, Mark Chiappara created CAPLINX® based on the premise that many clients only approach 2-3 banking institutions when evaluating their loan options. Given the size and complexity of the institutions, staff turnover, and the different product offerings, it has been increasingly difficult for clients to access the best solutions on a timely basis. CAPLINX® provides an effective and timely solution to this problem. CAPLINX® maintains a network of over 300 banks and other capital providers, each with a specialized area of expertise. The client’s collateral type will be matched with the highest skilled lenders in a particular area, and within 48 hours, multiple commercial financing options can be presented for review.
