Beth Dajka is currently working at Caplugs as the Customer Service Director, a position Beth has held since May 2013. Prior to this role, Beth worked at Buffalo Wire Works for over a decade, holding the title of VP Customer Service. With a background in customer service dating back to their time at Graphic Controls in the late 1970s to early 1990s, Beth obtained their bs in business management with a focus on hr programs, training, and management skills from Houghton University between 1996 and 1999.
