Simon Hultén

Simon Hultén is an experienced investment manager currently with CapMan since December 2021. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions at HVS, including Senior Associate and Associate, from September 2017 to November 2021, and initially worked as a Consulting & Valuation Analyst at HVS in early 2016. Simon has also gained hospitality experience at Hotel Kämp and Hotel Arts Barcelona in front office roles, and served as a Credit Controller at Resurs Bank, where responsibilities included managing credit limits and assessing financial risks. As a co-founder of United Socks in 2009, Simon contributed to creating a unique product designed to simplify sock management, which earned recognition as a nominee for southern Sweden’s best Young Enterprise Company in 2010. Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management with Real Estate Finance and Revenue Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education, graduated in 2017.
