Anna Balensiefen

Anna Balensiefen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anna started their career in 2011 as an Auszubildende Industriekauffrau at Weberit Werke Dräbing GmbH, where they were responsible for customer support in the automotive industry and wholesale. Anna worked there until July 2015.

In September 2018, Anna joined Doka as a Sales Operations Specialist. Doka is a leading manufacturer of formwork systems for concrete construction and offers rental services. Anna worked there until April 2021.

From May 2021 to September 2022, Anna worked at Operations1 as a Senior Sales Development Representative. Operations1 provides cloud software for employee-led processes in the manufacturing industry.

Currently, Anna is employed at Capmo as a Senior Account Manager, starting in October 2022.

Anna Balensiefen completed their education in a chronological order. Anna first attended Ludwig Erhard Schule Neuwied from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained their IHK Ausbildung in Industrial Management. Later, they attended Hochschule Fresenius from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Sales Management and Marketing.
