Jonas Rieke

Jonas Rieke is the Co-Founder and COO of Personio, where they have been instrumental in enhancing customer experience and optimizing data and systems since 2016. They co-founded the Personio Foundation in 2021 and serve as a Board Member at Capmo and a Board Advisor at Workpath. Jonas has held positions in business development at Hendricks & Schwartz and komoot, and briefly worked in investment management at Project A Ventures. They are currently pursuing an Honors Degree at the Center for Digital Technology and Management, and serving as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, while holding a B.Sc. from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.
