CapMoon is a real estate finance firm that originates Debt and structured finance products, plus selectively manages and originates preferred equity, LP, and development partnerships with Commercial real estate firms.  

CapMoon can originate debt up to $500MM, with transaction closings sizes this year from $11.5MM to $100MM per single transaction.  In addition, CapMoon will invest in projects as an LP partner or lead developer up to $100MM.

Recently, we rolled out our B.I.L.D program, which includes a small balance construction ground up direct bridge lender (<$15MM).  Check out our rollout in June 2020
