Cappa & Co has three distinct divisions: Builders, The Vault and The Folio. Builders, our cornerstone division, is about creating homes for our clients.  Our services span from pre-construction to the final walk-through, executed with precision and respect for the project.  

The Vault division pairs us with realtors and their clients to help prepare their homes for the market through strategic renovations with maximum returns.  We curate expedited options for tiered design packages, vetted for relevance, value and ROIs (return on investments).  These offerings pair speed of delivery with principled, high-quality execution, saving homeowners time and money.  We do the leg work in establishing relationships with hand-selected vendors, delivering their best finishes straight to you. 

 Lastly, The Folio is our design-driven flip division, where we transform properties with architectural promise into distinctive, market-ready homes that stand the test of time.
