Ben Kropf

Ben Kropf is an experienced Assessment Psychologist Consultant at Cappfinity since August 2022, specializing in the design, evaluation, and implementation of talent assessments to help organizations identify suitable candidates. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at EY, supporting Government clients, and work as a Provisional Psychologist at Defence Science and Technology, where research on organizational misinformation was conducted. Ben Kropf also served as a Learning and Development Advisor and Field Operations Training Coordinator at Santos Ltd, overseeing eLearning transitions and compliance training. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) and multiple degrees in Psychology and Law from the University of Adelaide.
