Franky Davis

Franky Davis is a Managing Consultant at Cappfinity, where they design learning and development training programs focusing on behavioral skills and strengths. Previously, Franky served as a Solutions Designer at Mind Gym, applying psychological and behavioral science research to address workplace challenges.
