Innes Nicholson

Innes Nicholson is a behaviour scientist currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Cappfinity since 2023. Previously, they worked as an Associate Solutions Designer at MindGym, contributing to the development and improvement of core products. Innes also completed internships at the University of Twente and the City of Rotterdam, where they focused on integrating compassion into digital mental health interventions and analyzing the impact of social media on adolescent mental health, respectively. They hold an MSc in Health Psychology and Digital Interventions from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
