Oscar Lyons

Oscar Lyons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in virtual reality product development and occupational psychology. Currently serving as Head of Virtual Reality at Cappfinity since October 2016, Oscar leads multidisciplinary teams in the design and delivery of B2B VR SaaS products, including award-winning bespoke commissions. Previous roles at Cappfinity include Product UX Lead and Managing Consultant for Science and Analytics, where Oscar was instrumental in the development of the flagship assessment platform "Capptivate," utilized by leading organizations such as Accenture and Deloitte. Prior to Cappfinity, Oscar worked as a Consultant Occupational Psychologist at Penna, designing engaging assessment exercises for various levels of recruitment. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University College Dublin, alongside multiple certifications in relevant fields.
