Paul Deakin is an experienced business psychologist currently serving as the Head of Talent Science at Cappfinity. They have a proven track record of leading teams in assessment and analytics, developing psychometric assessments, and acting as a trusted advisor for clients on selection strategies. With extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, Paul has also played a key role in defining assessment methodologies and contributing to psychometric best practices. They hold an MSc from City St George’s, University of London, and a BA (Hons) from the University of Nottingham.
