Reena Jamnadas

Reena Jamnadas has been with Cappfinity since September 2006, currently serving as Head of Talent Practice, Development and Proposition Owner for Product Development. Reena led the strategic design and market launch of InPerspective, a pioneering strengths-based 360 tool. With expertise as a Managing Consultant, Reena has driven innovation and overseen cross-functional teams in developing products across the employee lifecycle, particularly focused on enhancing early career development for underrepresented talent. Previous roles include Assessment & Development Lead, Senior Consultant, and Consulting Psychologist, where Reena successfully managed large-scale projects and designed strengths-based methodologies. Reena also held a position on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Student Employers from January 2022 to December 2023. Reena earned a PhD from Aston Business School, investigating the role of wisdom in organizational leadership, and holds a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Leicester.
