Sean Keeley

Sean Keeley is a seasoned professional in the field of occupational psychology and psychometrics, currently serving as the Head of Talent Science at Cappfinity since May 2022. In addition to this role, Sean maintains positions as a Talent Consultant and Occupational Psychologist at Keeley Psychological Services and as Managing Director and Consultant at Sage Assess. Previously, Sean held various leadership roles at IBM, including Global Leader of Content and Psychometrics, where responsibilities encompassed leading assessment content and psychometrics teams. With a career spanning over three decades, Sean also has experience in prominent organizations such as PSL - Psychometric Services Ltd, Test Agency, and the Cabinet Office. Sean's academic background includes a BA and MA in Psychology from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Legal Studies from Birkbeck, University of London.
