Thomas Porter is a Senior Talent Science Consultant at Cappfinity, having transitioned from a Senior Assessment & Psychometric Consultant role in April 2022. With experience in designing and delivering assessment solutions, Thomas has a strong focus on evaluating assessment effectiveness and promoting best practices in talent assessment. Prior to Cappfinity, Thomas served as a Business Psychologist and Bureau Service Manager at The OPC, specializing in safety-critical roles, and gained initial experience as a Graduate Consultant and Assistant Psychologist at several organizations, including Allen People Solutions and Mind Change. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast.
