Prior to this role, Trudy spent a decade at Pearn Kandola LLP, specializing in occupational psychology, where responsibilities included managing large-scale global psychology interventions, organizing international conferences, and playing a crucial role in business development and branding efforts. Trudy earned a degree from Oxford Brookes University (1998-2000) and completed early education at Fitzharrys School, Abingdon.
