Monte Caplan has an extensive background in leadership and industry expertise. Currently, Monte serves as the CEO of CAPP, a prominent supplier and manufacturer in the fields of Process Instrumentation, HVAC, and related technologies, a role held since December 2020. Prior to this, Monte was the COO of U.S. Control Group Inc. from March 2007 to February 2019, where services focused on industrial and commercial sourcing. Additionally, Monte served as an Air Force Officer in the United States Air Force from June 2004 to February 2007, following graduation from the United States Air Force Academy in 2004.
