Andreas Hallingström has a wealth of experience in the business world. In 2004, they began their career as a Systems Engineer at Siemens Medical Solutions. In 2006, they co-founded Enomicon. In 2007, they became a Software Engineer at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, Inc. In 2008, they founded Hallingström Group AB, where they served as CEO & Founder. In 2009, they co-founded Binea AB, where they served as CEO & Founder. In 2010, they served as a Board Member at OptiCaller Software AB and President at BNI World Trade Center. Most recently, in 2020, they founded Cappy, where they serve as CEO & Founder. At Cappy, they have given employees access to earned wages with a clear overview of hours worked and earned wages, as well as the possibility of determining when to withdraw earned money. At Binea AB, they led the team from pure consultancy services to becoming a product company centered around online and offline retail. At OptiCaller Software AB, they leveraged intelligent mobile routing to achieve cost-efficient international calling, reducing overall cost per call up to 80%. At BNI World Trade Center, they engaged in local business growth and facilitated cross-over interactions and business opportunities for members of other chapters of the organization.

Andreas Hallingström attended Porthälla Gymnasium from 1999 to 2002, studying Natural Sciences. Andreas then attended Chalmers University of Technology from 2002 to 2007.
