Capra Foods is building a better way to bring domestic lamb to market.
Our goal is to make American lamb reliable, consistent, and easy to work with for retailers, distributors, chefs, and brands. We’re focused on creating a domestic alternative people can trust, one that performs just as well as imports, while staying true to how the animals are raised.

All Capra lamb is:
100% grass-fed and grass-finished
Raised without antibiotics
Halal certified
Produced using regenerative practices that strengthen land, livestock, and rural communities

We believe great sourcing is just the beginning. Capra brings structure, consistency, and execution to a category that hasn’t always had it. From specs to supply to product design, we work to make domestic lamb simple to buy, easy to use, and dependable week after week.

Our bigger mission is to help lamb shift from “special occasion” to everyday protein. That means creating products that fit real kitchens and real shelves, and giving our partners the tools to sell it with confidence.

Capra sits between the ranch and the market, turning responsible agriculture into a strong, scalable business.
We’re here to help American lamb finally reach its potential.
