Marcelo Roca

Marcelo Roca is a seasoned professional in entrepreneurship and investment, currently serving as Vice President of Value Creation and Entrepreneur In Residence at Capria Ventures since September 2022. Roca is also the Executive Director and a Board Member at XCALA, the Latin American Angel Investor Association, actively promoting angel investment in the region. Additionally, Roca is a Partner for LATAM at Statera Labs, a business focused on bioactive ingredients for health improvement. As an educator, Roca has taught courses on entrepreneurship at various institutions, including UADE Business School and Barna Business School. Roca's involvement extends to mentoring within the Hackers/Founders network and holding a Senator position at the World Business Angels Investment Forum, committed to improving access to finance for businesses. Early experience includes a partnership at Sullivan Consulting Inc., specializing in management consulting for business strategies and corporate valuations.
