Shaun Oxtal, MAI, MRICS, is a valuation professional and Principal at Capright, where they lead the New York office and manage valuation assignments across the U.S. Shaun has extensive experience in financial reporting for institutional investors, specializing in core and specialty asset classes. They previously served as Managing Director and Director at Capright, and as a Senior Associate at OREA Valuation & Advisory, conducting diverse valuation assignments throughout Florida. Shaun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Florida State University and has served on the Board of Directors for the Tampa Hillsborough County Expressway Authority, contributing to infrastructure oversight and ITS initiatives.
