Centre for the Advancement and Protection of the Rights of Vulnerable People (CAPRIGHTS-VP) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded out of passion for the advancement and protection of the rights of vulnerable people, particularly women, children, orphans, people with disabilities, the elderly, and the youths.


Our Vision:
A just and fair society where everyone is treated equally, respected and supported to live their lives in fulfilment irrespective of the circumstances of their lives/situation they find themselves in


CAPRIGHTS-VPs  main Objectives
Promote economic empowerment of the vulnerable people via livelihood schemes that can improve their standard of living.

Empower and position vulnerable people better, to access resources open to them and make more informed decisions as it affect their lives.

Be the bridge between the vulnerable people and the society and ensure that their issues are brought to limelight, connecting them to institutions that can support them.

Facilitate access to justice for vulnerable people through the provision of pro-bono legal services and advocacy for their rights.

Create enabling environment that promotes sustainable development for the vulnerable people where they can strive and succeed.
