Jon Pharris

Jon Pharris is the Co-Founder and President of CapRock Partners, a private commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in Irvine, California. They have led CapRock Partners since 2009, overseeing a development pipeline of more than 6.5 million square feet of Class-A industrial buildings and a growing portfolio across California. Prior to CapRock Partners, they held roles including Director of Development at CT Realty (2005–2007), Development Manager at Phelan Development (2007–2009), and Real Estate Broker at Lee & Associates (2002–2004). They earned a BA in History from Princeton University (1998–2002) and an MRED from the University of Southern California (2004–2005).
