Jordana Pleat

Jordana Pleat is currently the Managing Director of Impact-First Investments at CapShift. Prior to this role, Jordana held various positions at organizations such as Volunteers of America and The Bridgespan Group. Jordana also has experience as an Alter Management Fellow at Alter Global and as an Analyst in Business Development at visit.org. Jordana has a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Development and Business Management from Columbia University.
