Senior Associate, Impact Investing at CapShift

Rasika Parkhi has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. In 2016, they worked as a Staff Accountant at KPMG India, where they conducted audit assignments for local and global companies. In 2019, they joined Teach For India as an Associate in Development, focusing on fundraising. Rasika also participated as a Delegate in the Policy BootCamp at Rashtram School of Public Leadership in the same year. In 2021, Rasika took on multiple roles at Columbia Impact Investing Initiative, serving as the Co-President and Project Consultant. Their responsibilities included managing a team, overseeing a pilot investment fund, building partnerships, publishing newsletters, hosting events, and conducting pro-bono consulting assignments. In 2022, they worked as an Impact Investing - Summer Research Fellow at CapShift, and later became a Research Fellow in the same field. Currently, Rasika is a Graduate Consultant at Barclays.

Rasika Parkhi completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounts and Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2014 to 2017. Rasika then pursued Chartered Accountancy at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2014 to 2019. Currently, starting from 2021, Rasika is studying for their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Policy at Columbia | SIPA.
