Darlene Michaels

Darlene Michaels is an experienced professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ICE Mortgage Technology since October 2014, while also working as an Associate Product Manager and Training Specialist at Capsilon. Darlene has expertise in creating training materials, delivering educational offerings, and fostering long-term relationships with customers. Prior to these roles, Darlene held the position of Sales Manager at Flagstar Bank from May 2004 to February 2014, where responsibilities included managing a team of Loan Officers and providing support and training.
