Julia Gouw is a distinguished retired President and COO of East West Bank, serving from 1989 to 2016. Julia is currently a member of the Board of Trustees at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, along with roles as a Board Member at ECMC Group, VIZIO, and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. In addition, Gouw is Chairwoman of the Board at Piermont Bank, a Board Director at Pacific Life, a Commissioner at the Ontario International Airport Authority, and involved with CapsoVision, Inc. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Gouw has been recognized as one of the Top 30 Asian American and Pacific Islander Board Members and among the 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking.
