Amy Williams

Amy is a Senior Associate in the claims team and deals with clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts on behalf of NHS Resolution. Amy also handles inquests for NHS Trusts. Amy manages a wide-ranging case load of both pre-action and ligated cases, including high value birth injury claims, spinal injury, delayed diagnosis, and fatal claims.

Amy has experience representing clients at both mediations and settlement meetings.

Amy joined Capsticks in 2015 as a Paralegal, and qualified into the claims team in 2019.
