Francis Lyons

Francis (Frank) Lyons is a Partner at Capsticks Solicitors LLP, where they have been since 2003, specializing in Public Law & Advisory matters. They support clients in commissioning and delivering care and public services while providing guidance on complaints, investigations, and litigation, particularly through Judicial Reviews. With particular expertise in public inquiries and mental health issues, they have been recognized in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for their exceptional skill and extensive knowledge in the field. Prior to joining Capsticks, Francis served as an Associate Partner at Reid Minty Solicitors from 1995 to 2003.
