Grace Plaxton

Grace is a Senior Associate in the Advisory team. She trained at the firm and has been with Capsticks since 2012 when she joined as a paralegal.

Grace deals with Inquest cases, Court of Protection cases and General Healthcare Advisory queries as well as handling Information and Data Protection matters. Grace also assists in advising clients on regulatory and enforcement matters, for example regulation by the Care Quality Commission.

Grace has particular experience of handling inquests and advising in relation to the Mental Capacity Act and consent and refusal of treatment.

Grace also now has considerable experience of advising and assisting healthcare clients in relation to regulatory matters. Grace has also assisted with large SARs and advised on complex FOIAs received by healthcare clients.
