Katherine Whittingham

Katherine is an Associate in the Regulatory team and specialises in fitness to practise investigations on behalf of Social Work England. Katherine also manages interim/substantive order reviews, where action is required to suspend or impose conditions on a registrant’s practise.

Katherine joined the firm in February 2021. Prior to joining Capsticks, Katherine worked as a Defendant Insurance Solicitor in Manchester.
