Lydia is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department at Capsticks. Lydia joined Capsticks from a West End firm where she gained a broad range of experience acting for private sector clients on commercial property work.

Lydia’s has expertise in lease negotiations, disposals and acquisitions, development projects and property portfolio management. She has acted on behalf of developers, high net worth individuals as well as small and medium scale businesses.
