Paul Appleton

Paul is a Legal Director in the Advisory team at Capsticks, having joined from Hill Dickinson.

Paul specialises in a range of healthcare advisory work including inquests, Court of Protection and High Court applications, and general healthcare advice.

Paul also sits part time as an Assistant Coroner.

Paul has previously worked in the in-house legal team at Bupa and therefore has particular expertise in the independent health and social care sector.

Paul has significant inquest experience, including complex Article 2 and Jury inquests for health and social care and offender healthcare providers.

Paul also has significant Court of Protection expertise, including serious medical treatment and welfare matters.
